RosterBound started as a recruiting platform — a place where student-athletes could be seen by the people making roster decisions. Working with thousands of families, one thing became clear: the moment an athlete becomes recruitable, a second, much more complicated conversation begins. It is the conversation about NIL.

RosterBound Athlete Services exists for that second conversation. It's a separate practice — different discipline, different counsel, different obligations — built for the athletes and families who need someone in their corner when the paperwork starts arriving.

Our mission is simple: help athletes make sound decisions about NIL, brand, and career, and make sure the people advising them are actually accountable to them.
